Meridith Baer Home

We are very disappointed with Meridith Baer Home (Los Angeles) service and speed of communication. Frankly speaking, they ignored all our appeals and did not solve any problems that created to us. 1. The house was infected by a moth from the sofa. Moth in the house was everywhere. We communicated with Meridith Baer but unfortunately without any results. We had to order one time treatment for moths and they promised to pay for it but never did it in spite of the fact that we provided them with the proof paper. 2. They did not carefully remove the furniture and two expensive doors were damaged. 3. Members of their crew used all 8 bathrooms in spite of the fact that we gave the permission for using just one of them at the main entrance. So we had to order cleaning all of them. 4. Together with the furniture they took our dollies and did not return them despite our many requests. These dollies belong to us not their company. In our opinion, Meridith Baer only wants to receive money but does not care about the client and does not value its reputation. We do not recommend working with them.

We just worked with Yari Horilczenko from Meredith Baer and he was beyond exceptional. Firstly, he went above and beyond compared to other designers we've hired in the past. He is approachable and action-oriented on top of being a truly talented decorator. He started out by moving our existing furniture and art around (making much more sense and looking so much better than before). Then he presented new pieces and finishing touches. Everything works perfectly together and the turnaround time impressive. Huge thanks!!!

Great looking projects, I can vouch for this. She did a phenomenal job staging the massive 20,000sq ft home I worked on with DJ Balling and crew during the new construction phases. I was the journeyman HVAC installation lead on this project and was blown away with the gorgeous interior design

I hired Setting the Stage to stage a vacant condo that was being listed for sale. The team was great to work with, very professional. They took the time to meet with me, see the condo and made suggestions during the consultation that were very helpful. Communication was easy and timely. They arrived to all appointments on time. The staging made the condo look great and it sold quick very quickly. All around, great experience. Thank you guys!!

I have had Meritith Baer bid multiple development jobs for me. Their prices are a bit higher than other stagers I use, however you get what you pay for. They do amazing work, and I will be utilizing their services the next time I have a developer list a home with me

Meridith Baer Home is an incredible service that recently staged my Hollywood Hills home. Given its placement in the hills - and it being a unique space - I was genuinely worried about my ability to sell it without somehow helping the buyer to truly envision what the place COULD look like if properly furnished. The designer i was paired with was amazing and very sweet. She did a fantastic job and i sold my home with multiple offers very quickly. I can't possibly do MBH justice in trying to explain how wonderful they are. I highly recommend them for so many reasons.

A few of my clients hired this company for home staging. They did a good job but did not like when we wanted a few minor changes. They eventually listened and helped out. They seem very pricey compared to other stagers but the houses always look very good and I am sure sell for a lot more money than a vacant home - and a lot quicker! I always know when I am in a Meridith Baer Home; I hope they change up their furniture and art soon.
