I was hesitant to do this given we had already spent a lot of time and effort getting the house ready for sale. We met with three staging companies. Can't say enough good about Dianne and her professional and successful advice in staging our home here in the Lakeshore area of Oakville. We had a few other stagers providing advice, but we weren't comfortable with following the "paint it all grey", flavour-of- the-day solution that most recommended for a quality, custom-built, 17 year old home. With a keen eye to what worked, Dianne saw the natural beauty and esthetics of our home and provided important colour changes that flowed naturally with our existing finishes. She also offered advice on light fixtures, paintings, high quality accent furniture, carpets and decorative items that modernized and improved the home. I’ve used Natural Look Staging to sell a few investment properties. The first was when I was out of the country and coordinated the job with Dianne through email. I was amazed at the beautiful pictures she had sent me and I was able to sell this property in 8 days while other similar properties sat on the market for months. Meeting Dianne at the second property, I was able to see how she puts her creativity to work. She gave me suggestions on paint colours, lighting and her staging created a lifestyle in each room. NLS furnished for us a newly renovated 3+1 bedroom, two storey home with finished basement that was for sale. They were prompt, courteous and the house looked lovely.
