I have worked with Julie for well over a decade and rely on Julie for all my listing clients to help them showcase their home. I don't like the term "stager" because Julie's gift is that she is able to walkthrough a home, sense it's personality, and apply her design experience to enhance what is already there. As a result her work doesn't look artificially staged...instead it allows potential buyers to envision living there. Julie's efforts helps me sell houses faster and for more money as a result.

I asked Julia for assistance in properly staging my home for sale. Julia took her time in evaluating my house and property. She reviewed her suggestions with me and followed up promptly with a very detailed email including specific color paints, stores to buy curtains, etc. She was very professional and was right on the mark! Julia's work is nothing short of amazing. She staged our 135 year old home, brought out the best of the old while making it absolutely shine. In just a few hours, she had sized it up, and then worked with us to keep costs down and still accomplish our goals. She was flexible and reassuring.
