I would be careful with these folks. They set a lowball price and then open it up for a bidding war. May not be illegal but definitely unethical.

I am a residential home builder in Chattanooga Tennessee....Susan and her husband Jeff have staged many homes for me over the past 10 years..... They do an exceptional job with Furniture selection, decor and are always very careful not to damage the home as they know it is for sale. I had several homes that were staged by them where the buyers actually wanted to make an offer to purchase the staging furniture.... And just leave it where it was... The pricing is very reasonable especially when it gets staged and then Sales within 10 to 15 days. You know you got your money's worth . I would definitely recommend them for any of your staging needs around the Chattanooga area.!
