I recently worked with Open House for the first time and will absolutely work with them again as well as recommending them. They staged my Queen Anne listing beautifully- tailoring the style to the house with a very consistent aesthetic and subtle style that enhances the features of the home and highlights the view. Open house has staged several homes for me and they have done a stellar job. Tara and Erin are extraordinarily talented designers and also savvy business professionals. The first time I worked with Open House they staged a waterfront home for me that had been on the market with an other agent and after a year had not sold. The house had a lot of dark wood and Tara and Erin brought in the perfect blend of light upholstered and coastal feeling furniture with the perfect palette to complement the home. We sold the home quickly after their beautiful work. Then in November 2018 I contacted Open House when I took over another listing that had not sold after 6 months. The old staging was not good and I had very little time to re-stage and get the home on the market. Tara and Erin came to the rescue and came to assess the project within a day or two of contacting them. They took on the project and the look for the home was completely and quickly transformed. The home sold quickly and in addition to being highly impressed with the work, the homeowners wish to consult with Tara and Erin for interior design in their new home!
