My multiple project experiences with Tianna Woods with Power House have all been very positive. She is a talented designer that knows how to work with clients. Her client's feel confidence in Tianna in large part due to her very good follow through, beauty of her installations and working well within her client's budget.

I am in the Real Estate professional and have done many staging projects for my own clients in my primary home town but when it came time to do a complete house for my own vacation rental business in the desert I found myself overwhelmed with pulling it all together. Tianna was referred to me by another agent in town and I found her so delightful and easy to work with. She was always prompt and quick with her followup and that meant the world to me, someone who has little time for myself and my own projects. She did a great job and with so little effort on her part. She nailed it with me and even made small changes that just made things pop. I have had so many compliments about what a great place I own. Great job Tianna, you knocked it out of the park for me and my future vacation guests. I have already booked for most of the 2017 season from my photos on my vacation rental sight and got so many rave reviews from guests!

The entire experience was off the charts. I found Powerhouse Staging on the Internet and was highly impressed with the website so submitted my interest. Ms. Woods responded immediately to schedule a walk through of my home making valuable suggestions prior to listing the home for sale. I engaged Powerhouse to stage the home using my furnishings and Woods shopped for the finer focal pieces. Can I just tell you, my home sold in less than 6 weeks. I am re-engaging Powerhouse to advise me on what furnishings to take to my new residence and stage it so I can enjoy living in a beautifully decorated home.

Tianna's very creative with money saving ideas, redesigned looked beautiful: and sold our OC home. Tianna is so talented! Tianna also redesigned and staged our beachfront condo in Florida recently. We are currently building a new home in Florida and we asked Tianna to fly in and assist us with design, exterior/interior materials, cabinetry,accessories, flooring.

Powerhouse staging is the BEST!! I'm a property investor and I needed to get a property on the market ASAP! This was the only company willing to work with me on an impossible timeline, Tianna is a "can do" person!! She is very laid back but got the job done better then I could've imagine! She incorporated everything I requested along with her own beautiful style. I had buyers asking if the home could come with the furnishings. Powerhouse staging brought out the high end design of the home perfectly. I can't gush enough, I was extremely extremely happy! I was worried about hiring a staging company in Palm Desert but she went above and beyond my expectations. I really don't need to say all of this.....the photos speak for themselves!
