I was very impressed with her choice of appropriate colours, furniture and décor which compliment lighting, existing wall colour, flooring and furnishings. The accessories, created an illusion of greater space providing a cozy and comfortable environment for everyday living. The unit showed a great improvement in the aesthetic appeal of the existing space. This was not my first time selling a home, but it was my first time using a stager. Melanie and her team were very professional, easy to work with, and made it as easy a process as possible. Melanie has great attention for colour detail, tying in an appropriate mix of modern with my already traditional home. Deadlines were met, even within tight real estate time frames. I was very pleased with how they transformed my home into beautiful. The only thing I could improve on is to have the option of hiring her team of movers to move my existing furniture out before staging day. But her prices made up for the inconvenience of doing it myself. Overall, I was very happy that i used this service, and would recommend them.

Melanie came to our townhouse for staging. She selected the new paint and flooring that would sell our home fast and for asking price. She was focused and had a vision of what needed to be done with removing items we had and bringing items like pictures, chairs, lamps and rugs. She opened the house up and made it look perfect.
