I went from listing to closing on the sale of my condo - with a FULL PRICE OFFER in 21 DAYS!!! While it has been a hot market in many places, condos in my neighborhood have been taking longer to sell so I never would've imagined closing less than a month after I listed the unit for sale. I had an inkling it might sell quickly when the contractors came back to finish up after the unit had been staged and they didn't recognize the place they'd been renovating for months. Then I saw the *spectacular* listing photos and I wanted to buy the place all over again! The buyer loved everything so much they asked if they could buy all the furnishings (everything you see in the photos is from PS Lehman). I know the staging played an outsized role in making this too-good-to-be-true deal actually true! I was not a huge fan of the concept of "STAGING" when people sell their house, so I asked my real estate agents at least 3 times if we really need a staging company and they said yes so we hired PS Lehman. After they finished staging, I understood why our house needed to be staged to be shown and sold. They were very punctual and there were no unexpected surprises throughout the process. Their style and the collection of furniture and items was very tasteful, I liked it. I heard their organizing services are very good as well but I didn't use their moving, cleaning or organizing services. I only used their staging but as far as I know they can do anything for you that is house-related. I also never compared the staging price with other companies, but as I heard, their services are quite reasonable. The moving team they have is fantastic, and the details they presented were very thoughtful and reasonable. Pamela was my contact point and Lori came and looked through and Keith seemed to supervise the actual work ( this is only my point of view ), but their communication seemed to be very good and I got responses for my questions very fast. Anyway, overall I am happy with their services and happy that our house was sold in less than 4 weeks. Thank you!

PS Lehman staged a North Center loft that I owned and listed. It was small, so I asked the team to highlight how functional it could be even without a lot of space. Everything about my experience with PS Lehman was fantastic. They promptly replied to all communications. Every member of their team - from my main point of contact to the moving team to the designers - was timely, respectful, and delivered what they had promised. The condo went under contract just one day after their staging, after sitting on the market for 45 days before that. They will be my first call for future staging needs.
