The use of our own furniture, the removal of so much excess clutter, to create bright and clean lines and open up the space in each room was all vital to creating great photos of our home online and an impact in person. We hired Caitlin for a kitchen makeover of our newly purchased home. We had zero idea what we were doing: we knew we didn't want a whole re-model (and the time and money it would take) but didn't know what else we could do. Caitlin was amazing with her suggestions! She came to the house with us and gave great, practical suggestions about updates and changes we could do that gave our kitchen a great new look without a time consuming and expensive redo. She painted our beige backsplash a bright white, helped us choose a modern grey color for the cabinets (and handled the booking/scheduling of a painter once we decided!), and put us in touch with a contractor to create a new countertop. Along the way she was always sending helpful suggestions that she'd found like cute new knobs for the cabinets and suggestions for the future like updating our fireplace. The whole update cost a fraction of what we anticipated and with Caitlin's guidance and skilled, designer eye came out better than we imagined.

I am a contractor and have several projects yearly that I would stage. The Job she did for me was an Excellent job, Very professional and the staging is a definite for selling. The price was reasonable. Overall I was very happy and would use her again.

Caitlin helped us sell our house so quickly with her staging and design. We were overwhelmed with getting our house ready to put on the market (especially with two young kids!), and she knew exactly what to move (or remove) to get it picture-perfect. She did an amazing job decorating and organizing, our house never looked so good. We had multiple offers the first weekend, and went into contract right away!
