Robin truly did Set The Stage at my Rochester condo. We are different from her typical clients as we no longer lived in the home and had "estate sale-ed" most of the dated furniture. Robin helped me choose a few perfect pieces to keep and a few to eliminate. Robin then brought the most perfect accessories and pictures. She made our vacant home look warm and welcoming and told a story any buyer would fall in love with. We listed our home on Tuesday afternoon, it sold for full price on Friday!!! there were 4 other homes in the sub for sale for thousands less yet buyers lined up to tour our place and we had numerous offers. We hired Robin Sets The Stage to help stage our home for sale. She met with us at our home to talk through the project and discuss how we would be using the home during the sale process. As we were going to be moving out prior to listing, she took that into consideration as we went through the home. We wanted to pack away as much as possible so it looked its very best. We reviewed each room and the decorative items we had througout the home. She gave us a list of items to do to improve the home to make it the best looking we could possibly make. She took pictures and emailed us detailed instructions and items she would like left unpacked so she could use them in staging. We completed our tasks and prepped our home but as we had questions we were able to reach out and she helped us quickly and professionally. When it was time to stage, we left it fully in Robin's capable hands. She used a mix of our items and hers to really make our home pop! The pictures for our listing were absolutly stunning and we had so much interest in the week before we went live. We received an offer, over asking, on the first day the listing was live and closed the sale of our home in less than 3 weeks. I owe this heavily to Robin's attention to detail and wonderful suggestions. We absolutly loved working with Robin and highly recommend her! I am using Robin to help decorate my new home as I have some trouble spots I need advice on. Robin is fantastic with a great eye for detail and use of perfect color schemes to blend every room in together to give it the needed "pop" to catch the viewers. As we know, every house has it's own unique style and ambience and Robin has the ability to zero in on each place and create that special look. We had her come in to upgrade our home and our views on line sky rocketed once she applied her expertise. We would recommend her to anyone!!!

Robin helped stage our empty house for sale, working with our realtor. Her updates were not very involved but it gave the house a warm and welcoming feel. She was very efficient in both setting up the property (a few hours) and taking it down at the end, when the house was sold. Robin was so easy to work with and her staging made our house look like something on HGTV! We had an initial meeting and we went through the house and she discussed what would look the best for realtor pictures and showings. She then sent us a list of "to do" items room by room. She was available for questions while we completed her checklist too. She then came out and staged our house. It looked absolutely amazing-big and clean and spacious!
