This team turned my 1980s, average looking home, in to a show piece. This was my first time using a staging professional, and it was worth every penny. Such a step up from my personal furniture and accessories. I didn't initially realize was a necessity is was to have the stager and photographer work as a team. I hired Simply Splendid to stage my 1600 sq ft condo prior to listing. I was extremely satisfied with the result. But more than that, I trusted they would go the extra mile to ensure I was happy. Here’s how things transpired: The condo building had significant red tape to actually allow them to move things in. It often scares off some vendors. Hayden from Simply Splendid happily worked through all of it to ensure an on time staging. I first came to see the staged condo at night. I was happy about every room except the living room. To me, it did not flow and was a jarring first impression. I gave my feedback and Hayden immediately called me to talk through things. He was happy to bring in different furniture, but wanted to talk through his reasoning and make sure he was addressing my concerns with any changes. I met him at the condo to review in person and he had already made a few small adjustments. It turned out I had seen it prior to some important finishing touches and the night vs day made a huge lighting difference. It went from my least to most favorite of the rooms staged. And more important to this review, Hayden was clearly focused on my happiness first and foremost. The job wasn’t done until he had confidence in that. He’s good people and I really enjoyed the experience. Thanks to Simply splendid, the pictures and 3D shooting came out beautifully and I’m sure the condo will sell in short order. We just had Simply Splendid Video and Photography film a welcome video for our staging company, and are beyond thrilled with the results. We met Hayden and Simply Splendid when he came out to our house to do a photo shoot of our pool and patio for a national magazine. The attention to detail was amazing. They came out a few days in advance to plan the staging and shoot, then on the day of the shoot stayed for over 9 hours to get every shot that he needed.
