Michelle came to my client's house before we listed for home staging. Michelle was absolutely wonderful to work with, and was incredibly helpful getting everyone on the same page, and giving clear direction on what needed to be done before the photography came. Using Michelle made this transaction so much smoother and my listing looked 100Xs better than if we were to leave it the way it was before she got in there. I will absolutely use Michelle again, and recommend her for clients who just want home staging or interior design in the house they are going to stay in.

Michelle was referred to me when we were putting our home up for sale. To be honest, I didn’t think I really needed help staging my home. Boy, was I WRONG! Michelle came in and in such a sweet way, told me everything thing I needed to do to stage my home for photos and showings. She used furniture/items that I already had along with lending me some of her items that fit my space. The photos came out amazing and the showings even better!! We had 40 showings and 8 offers in 5 short days. We sold our home for $52,000 OVER asking price! I have no doubt that Michelle’s expertise contributed to this. I cannot wait to use her to help stage my new home!

Renovating is exciting but also a bit overwhelming because of all the choices there are to be made. Recognizing my hesitation, my contractor suggested I talk with Michelle, owner and Designer of skinny houzz who could assist me in making these choices. Michelle's confidence, kindness and knowledge quickly put my mind to rest. She was a great listener, knew the places to shop, and was very supportive of my choices. Michelle came to my house to help me organize my out of control linen closet. It was truly overflowing, and she never once made me feel bad about having so much stuff. She explained how we were going to tackle the project and we got to it! During the organizing process, we went through each item, deciding if I needed it or not. She never acted annoyed if I kept something stupid or pressured me to get rid of anything. She found a place for everything I kept and it’s all amazingly organized in its own space. After having her help me with that small area, I went on to do a few other areas of my house myself. She was a blessing to me when I didn’t know I needed it.
