We used Smart Staging NZ to decorate the downstairs area of our home which was 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a rumpus/living room. A representative of the company arrived the prior day and reviewed the rooms and indicated what furniture was to remain and what was to go. The unwanted furniture was picked up and stored by another business, until we needed it again. Smart staging communicated well and arrived on time and kept us informed of the progress. They speedily transformed the rooms and made them look very inviting with colour, texture, objet d'árt and paintings. I would highly recommend Smart Staging for efficiency and effectiveness. We have only just listed our home but feel confident in opening our doors to the public for inspection and are hopeful of a good result.
