The first official staging project after Stage Coach Services launched accepted an offer in 13 days in a crashed market. The next was a project for a home that had been listed for 3 months without selling then listed For Sale By Owner. At the time, real estate prices were dropping every month and the sellers were rapidly losing equity. They were getting ready to give up, walk away, and turn over the keys to the bank when Victoria convinced them to stage. They accepted a full price offer a couple of weeks later.
The successes have continued through the years with stories of homes that have been on the market unstaged for a year without any offers, then staged by Victoria and selling in 24 hours. Many homes that were staged first before listing have experienced bidding wars.
Since 2006, she has helped thousands of home sellers reap higher profits, sell faster, and reduce the frustration involved in selling.
In addition to staging projects, Victoria accepts interior design projects. She is author of a book of staging tips for sellers. She also teaches Advanced Staging to real estate agents through a nationwide training platform and is a popular speaker on the subject. She is "America's Ultimate Expert" in Woman's World magazine.

Victoria has designed the interior of my home and she has been outstanding. Rooms include the living/family room, dining room, master bedroom, and children's rooms. She created a modern/contemporary look in my living/family room and dining room, and was involved in selection of the wall paint, window trimmings, furniture, and art. She selected color combinations that worked together and has attention to detail, such as the height of the window trimmings to improve the look of the room as well as specific placement of the area rug with the sectional. She ordered the furniture, framed the art, and made all arrangements which was convenient for me. For the children's rooms, Victoria picked all of the materials, ranging from wall paint color to furniture layout, and bedding. Her work in the master bedroom is extraordinary as well, balancing the contemporary wood furniture with the tones in the walls and flooring. I told Victoria this is the way I have wanted to live my entire life. Myself and my children are thrilled. I look forward to working with her on future projects in my home. I would recommend Victoria to my friends and to anyone who wants to make their home the best it can be.

Working with Victoria was awesome. i contacted Stage Coach because i needed furniture for the holidays. Victoria was able to give me a layout from a few pictures i sent and gave me prices for furniture rental that she uses that were great. She put me in contact with them and within a few days I had very impressive furniture delivered.
she did all this and i only had to pay a 1 hour rate!

We called Stage Coach Services to assist us with staging our home in preparation to sell it. The owner, Victoria, was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She returned our phone calls quickly and communicated via phone and text message, as needed. Victoria was able to fit us in her schedule quickly. Victoria arrived on time and was happy and enthusiastic to be working with us, even for the smaller scale size of our job. She provided us great ideas, guided us toward the items we needed to stage our home, and had decor items available to rent. We rented pictures for our walls and some table top decor items at a very reasonable price. To help us expedite getting our home on the market, Victoria offered to come to our house while we were away for a weekend. She hung all of the pictures, placed the decor, and text messaged us pictures of the rooms. They were beautiful. Victoria's home staging helped us sell our home in 3 days! When Victoria returned to retrieve the rented items, she was again so pleasant and efficient. From beginning to end, Stage Coach Services was fabulous. We would highly recommend the company to anyone.
