As a military family who has owned and sold several homes, we had never staged a home until this past June of 2020. We had Lisa McGuire recommended to us. Lisa did an absolutely unbelievable job on a stage for a high-end home I listed for sale. The house was lovely and updated, but it wasn't completely finished and just didn't "pop" the way I needed it to for photos and marketing purposes. Lisa was out of town at the time but still willing to help me. She was able to take the videos I sent her and devise the PERFECT staging plan without ever coming to see the home. She's that talented! One house was vacant and she brought in absolutely everything ; the other was occupied and she used a lot of the client's furniture. Lisa did an wonderful job staging our house! My husband works from home so we moved out before putting the house up for sale. When we saw the photos of her work online, we could barely recognize our house! She made it look elegant, yet welcoming. Just what we wanted. Our house sold 4 days after the first open house. Unfortunately, it fell out of escrow, but not because of the staging. Our realtor told us that many people had commented on how nice the staging looked.
