Lisa Ciofani Basham leads a top-performing home staging company which engages buyers and sells your home faster and for TOP DOLLAR. Since 1984, Lisa has been involved in the real estate market in one facet or another. Be it, selling as a Realtor, building as a partner in a building company, rehabbing homes to flip, or helping others to do so. She founded Staged to SELL Homes & Remodeling in 2007.
• In staging homes she first imagines who is going to live in the home, and then creates an environment to appeal to their lifestyle while complimenting the existing style of the home.
The company has warehouse space central to the Cleveland, Ohio highway system that is overflowing with beautiful furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting, plants, and accessories.
Lisa and her team are constantly perusing auctions and showrooms, adding extraordinary pieces to their inventory. The company also redesigns and re-purposes furniture.

Lisa helped to transform our home prior to sell and we were able to sell extremely quickly at full price. Her suggestions were absolutely innovative and interesting, hit the target for drama and elegance, and really did sell the home, in my opinion. She also helped me with expediting carpet and other remodeling services that I was having trouble getting done quickly and reliably on my own and coordinated affordable professional photography for my listing. I wish I knew her sooner, as her partnership was priceless and I could really have used her help on other projects. I actually wish I had talked to her when I first moved in. Lisa Staged Two Homes for us and BOTH Sold! - These were investment homes (rentals) that were being sold at a loss and so we were on a real budget. We are out of State owners, so it was really hard for us to do anything with the houses. The houses had been rehabbed after the renters moved out, by our contractor so everything was clean and new, but the houses seemed Soul-Less. After more than 6 month of no action we hired Staged to Sell and Lisa worked her magic with-in our budget and all of a sudden we went from no interest to solid offers. Thanks Lisa!!

Staged to Sell Homes completely remodeled and staged my 2-story condominium.
I live out-of-state and inherited an almost 40 year old condo that had never been updated and was owned by a heavy smoker. Lisa returned my emails and calls promptly, and we set up a time to meet during my next trip to Ohio.
During our initial consultation, she calmly took what was an overwhelming task for me and came up with a solid plan for what needed to be done to get this home ready to be sold for top dollar.
A couple months later, and with excellent communication all along the way, I was looking at pictures of a gorgeous property that I no longer even recognized!
Besides the fact that she is so skilled in what she does and knows exactly what catches the attention of buyers, she is just a wonderful person that is so easy to work with. She also has a large network of excellent contacts that were able to help with other aspects, such as liquidating the home contents and getting it listed.
I highly recommend Staged to Sell Homes!

The holiday season is a difficult time to sell a house. However, with the help of Lisa Ciofani Basham we were able to sell our property in just three months. Her work was absolutely beautiful. Having our home staged, rather than letting it sit empty, allowed those who were interested to envision it as their potential home.
Although Lisa and I had little face time, her customer service was great. After explaining our situation, she exemplified her genuine kindness through her effort to help us make this sale. She even said a prayer once she was finished staging the house. I would highly recommend Lisa for anyone trying to sell their home with a quick turn around.

As a full-time REALTOR, broker/owner, and having gone through the ASP home staging program myself in the past, and while I have staged many homes, I think Lisa is an exceptionally talented home stager as well as truly caring about her clients, projects, and attention to detail. She has exceptional staging skills, is very creative, and if given a bit of latitude, she can definitely help sellers recoup their investment and more in home staging. Her fees are reasonable. One of the things that struck me positively right from the start was Lisa's honesty and passion, and these two traits have remained true through all of our interactions. She has successfully staged homes for many of my clients over the years. Moreover, Lisa also has incredible contacts as well, and her skill set as a former REALTOR and staging new construction homes for builders, she has access to fabulous resources when staging is a bit more involved and involved some minor to major cosmetic and/or renovation improvements.
