I never thought little things like how you stage a room would matter; but, we sold our house within a week, and I really think following Janice’s advice played a part in that.

Janice was wonderful. She told us what to expect and did exactly as she said. She was very personable, easy to work with and incredibly thorough. Although I thought I'd watched enough Home and Garden Channel to think I could stage my own house, there isn't any way I could have done better than or even come close to what Janice did. I would have showed people my 'style', she, instead, showed people the highlights of what a home buyer is looking for, like, the charm and space of the home, the neutral colors, etc. Yes, we did live in a desirable market, but I truly believe that 4 showings within the first 12 hours of the listing going live and an offer (which we accepted) after only 4 days was a direct result of her efforts. I would recommend her to anyone. Yes, there were times I questioned what she was doing, but she explained why and it made sense. She knows her stuff. If you don't hire her, you're really missing out. She is a true pro!
