Our realtor recommended staging as our house was empty. As a staging skeptic, I believed why spend the money when our house would "sell itself" in such a hot market. However, after walking back into our house when the staging was finished, I immediately thought, "why are we selling?" Ha!! It looked that good!! Synergy really knows how to make the best use of space, design, furniture, color and flow of movement around the house. Their art work was exquisite, carefully chosen to blend in with the rooms and furniture with a slight hint of a color that connects with the room. They really have an eye for detail. Their artistic talent was apparent throughout. Our house sold in the first weekend for $95,000 over asking. Quite unexpected even in this hot market. We believe they had a hand in the successful sale of our home. I would highly recommend them!

When it came time to list and sell our 4500 square foot home, there was no question that we would stage the home (based upon our knowledge of Synergy's successful track record) and that we would call upon David and Nik to get the job done !
