Magda & team at TACTIC Staging are absolutely fantastic! This spring I was in a jam as the stagers I had previously worked with were booked. I found Tactic online and thought I'd give them a try. I described to Magda the style we wanted, and she blew our minds. The property went under contract in just a few days with multiple offers and a sale price of 7% above list price. Naturally I called on Magda again on the next listing. I didn't even need to give her an idea of what we wanted, because at this point I had 100% trust in her. She did not disappoint. Went under contract in just 7 days, with 3 offers and a sale price of 5% above list & $11-16K over market value. I just asked her for quotes on two more properties because now Magda is my GO-TO!! I hired Tactic Staging to stage my condominium in Washington, DC and I am so incredibly happy I did. I found Tactic Staging off an internet search I completed. I must have clicked through half a dozen websites and something about Tactic Staging’s website caught my eye. The items and decor were fresh, modern, and exactly what I had in mind. I contacted Magda via their inquiry sheet online, as well as left her a voicemail. She responded to both my inquiries in a very timely manner and was a pleasure to speak with over the phone. She immediately got my style and what I was looking for and went out of her way to make herself available on my timeline - which was wonderful since it was very short notice. The differences I felt working with Tactic staging as opposed to others I had phoned is that Magda took the time to understand my needs, was flexible and most importantly, she cared. That and she has amazing taste, style and organization, which is so important when you are trusting someone to decorate your home for a fast sale. In real estate location and price are a driving force behind a quick sale, but I must credit Magda and Tactic Staging for the integral role the staging played in helping my condo look phenomenal, thereby attracting multiple offers and going under contract after only a week on the market! Magda is one of the best in the business for staging in the Washington DC area. Her process is seamless and quality of furniture for the value is top notch. TACTIC Staging and Interiors fulfilled the vision I had for my home staging. Magda made my house a home which can be challenging when staging for re-sale purposes. She utilized a small space incredibly well and helped potential buyers envision the various uses of space for their own purposes. They were able to work with us on a very tight timeframe and specific budget, which allowed us to meet our clients needs and expectations.
