I gave The House Whisperers a 3 day notice to stage our entire 6400 square foot property and let me tell you they did not disappoint! Jann and her team turned the house from boring to spectacular and I couldn't be happier or more impressed. Jann has an incredible eye for design and detail. She knows what needs to be done to make your house shine. Even with the short notice, she and her team came through to make sure everything looked fabulous. There was great communication from Stephanie, the operations manager, too so I always felt I knew what was going on. in fact Jann's whole team including Eliza and Fernando were incredibly kind, and professional. I could tell that they liked what they were doing and were so happy with the finished product. I highly recommend The House Whisperers for home staging.

The House Whisperers are fantastic. They used upscale furnishings that helped provide a much needed updated look for our listing. The House Whisperers were responsive, courteous and professional. This condo is perfectly staged. i didn't know where to start, but they took over. The condo needed a lot of work. They recommended the contractors they work with all the time. I blindly used them. I.m very happy i did, all were very professionals. They all finished there work on time and perfectly done. What a relief it was to have the House Whisperer,s team take over.

WOW!!! 5 Stars are not enough for the house whisperers. We were blown away when we walked into our home after Kelly and her crew worked on staging it. We just finished remodeling our house and were getting ready to sell when our realtor suggested using the House whisperers for staging. Kelly came by and gave us a reasonable quote. They were able to schedule staging right away and were super flexible when we had to change the date. We left the key to them in the morning and came back to a completely staged home in the afternoon. The items they brought were beautiful, high quality and perfectly matched our home style. They were able to easily work with the awkward spaces we had in the house and turn them into something beautiful. Not only they are talented, but they are extremely easy and nice to work with. I couldn’t recommend the House whisperers more highly. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of their work is top of the line. Both Stephanie and Kelly were super friendly and professional. Thank you House Whisperers! We were thinking about selling our house but have two small children and the idea of getting the house ready to sell was extremely overwhelming. With the help of your staging services our house looked showroom ready and sold in 4 days! We contacted one realtor who gave us a list of items to repair prior to listing our house. She said we should to be ready to let our house sit on the market due to the time of year we were selling and suggested a selling price of $640K. We interviewed another realtor who had just sold our neighbors house and she explained that part of her services were to professionally stage the home using The House Whisperers. She explained that they go through your house, sort out the items to keep for staging and remove the excess and place in storage. Then they bring a truck of staging furniture, art, rugs, linens and knickknacks! In addition, the realtor said we shouldn’t make any repairs until we knew what was important to the buyer. This gave me confidence! We chose this realtor and listed the house at a much higher price than was recommended by the first realtor. Ultimately we were offered $760K, four days after we put the house on the market. This was a full $120K more than the initial realtor’s suggested listing price! The return on investment for us was life changing... truly. I attribute a lot of this to the power of having the house staged by The House Whisperers. It gave the buyers the ability to envision themselves in our house! Lastly, I wanted to compliment Janne and her team. They were quick, professional and friendly! The pieces they brought into our house were current and in great shape. They truly transformed our home. We joked that maybe we didn't want to sell it after all!
