“As a veteran listing agent, Victoria has proven to be my "Secret Weapon" when preparing my listings for sale. I provide her services "free" (prepaid) to my clients, regardless of the home's condition. Some homes appear perfect to me, but Victoria always has an eye on accenting the assets of the home -- which increases the Buyer's excitement and inevitably the offering price, too. Her creativity is unmatched. Victoria recently stapled inexpensive burlap over dated upholstered cornices to neutralize the 70's fabric (fabulous results!), and provided shopping services for accessories. I also recommend her book as a pre-listing 'drop-off' to introduce clients to the value and reason for staging. "TIPS FOR HOME SELLERS: 258 Tips for preparing your house to sell quickly and for top dollar." {NOTE: I hired her for my own use and transformed my bedroom/bathroom into a retreat with one can of paint and rearranged furniture.
