“Kelly went above and beyond to help us make our new house a home. She has a detailed eye for color, and guided us to choose just the right paint colors for each room in our house. We were going for the farmhouse look and Kelly gave us the perfect color suggestions, which turned out better than we could have imagined keeping with light neutral tones throughout. In our home we also have vaulted ceilings, which we were struggling to find just the right decor for. Kelly really understood that less was more and helped us to find just the right statement pieces. For example, we have a wide open wall above our fire place and Kelly suggested using an antique window frame to break up the space. We would have never thought that would have given us the look we were going for, but it's simple and we love it! These are just a few of the many, many aspects of our home that Kelly assisted us with. We would without hesitation recommend KC Classic Designs LLC for any of your home design needs. She listens to what your vision and needs are and just runs with it! She is personable, timely and always got back to us in a timely manner.”

“Bonnie is absolutely crucial for anyone having trouble finding peace due to all of the extraneous items and undone tasks in their lives. She is honest, caring and unbelievably hardworking. She is a jack of all trades. I began working with her on a bi- weekly basis earlier this year as we are moving and I envisioned going to our new home in a more organized fashion. She has helped me to donate and/or toss so many things that were weighing us down - yet I couldn't bring myself to part with them. She made it even easier by taking everything with her! She also packed as much as possible at each stage of moving in an efficient and organized manner, and has allowed me more time to spend quality time with my family and tending to other tasks in a calm manner. If anything was broken (garage door, bi fold door, etc), she either fixed it herself, or had someone here to fix it. She has also helped me immeasurably making decorating decisions when choosing all of the things that go into building a home. She will also help us fix up and stage our home to help us sell it. She will, quite simply, take everything you request right out of your hands and tackle it. The more we work together, the more I find myself to be much calmer and more efficient. “Waterside Real Estate Development, Inc., recently had the wonderful experience of working with the staging division of Sounds Homes. We were about to put a recently renovated raised ranch on the market and at the last minute decided we should stage it. Amy Stefanowski, the owner of the company, was incredibly flexible to work with us on short notice and to keep within our budget. We found her ideas very creative and our house was staged within a few days. The best part was that the house sold almost immediately and for more than our asking price. This was a pleasant surprise since there was a house almost exactly like ours only one street away. It was on for less and is still on the market. We think the staging was definitely a factor in our house selling so quickly. Even though we sold the house so fast we decided to go ahead with our scheduled open house in an attempt to locate future buyers. During the open house we received numerous compliments on the staging from realtors and potential buyers. Amy’s business cards flew off the counter. One of our better business decisions was to work with Amy on our staging. She has wonderful design sense and the knowledge to know what current buyers are looking for.”

“When I say our built-in bookshelves needed help, they actually needed to be rescued! Overstuffed with photos, mementos, our sons' art projects, and plenty of books. When you are a bit too emotionally attached to such personal things, it can be a little paralyzing to try to style your shelves by yourself. Larah did a fantastic job editing down the items and grouping them in such a visually pleasing way. The best part is, we can really appreciate the books, and all the pieces that hold special meaning and memories. It will be fun and much easier to switch things out periodically. I don't miss anything that didn't make it through the editing process! Larah has a great eye, is creative, very pleasant and fun to work with, and gave us some great ideas. I recommend her for any staging, styling or decorating needs that you may have!”

“After our house sat on the market for four months and we had not received any offers, we decided to have our condo staged. We evaluated several staging companies and ultimately hired Staged and Sold. Unbelievably, our property recieved a nearly full price offer the very next day and we were under contract within the week. Linda staged all six rooms of our condo as well as the back porch and patio with beautiful furniture and accessories. We found that her fees for staging were quite fair and we really appreciated that we did not have to commit to a 3-6 month contract like so many of her competitors require. Linda was a pleasure to work with and she went out of her way to accommodate us always making us feel like the sale of our condo was her top priority. We live out of state from the property, and Linda was extremely accessible and responsive to our phone calls. We couldn't be more thrilled!”

“Elena helped me update my condo before I listed it. She came over to evaluate the space, made detailed recommendations for everything - paint colors, light fixtures, and decorative finishes. Once the updates were complete, she coordinated the rental furniture to bring in the large pieces that highlighted the assets of the unit. I saw how it looked at this stage and was so impressed by how nice it was, but it was nothing compared to the final touches she put on it. She spent hours staging, arranging the furniture and adding all the decorative elements to make it feel like a dream home. I almost didn't want to sell it after it was done! It photographed so well and I have no doubt that it increased the value and helped my unit sell within a few days of listing. I highly recommend her.”
