“May 2018 Update: After 30 years of living in our home we decided we needed to move. The easy part was finding the new house. Now we need to sell the old house quickly. We were intimidated at the prospect of getting the house sales ready after we moved out. We took much of our furniture and left the rest. I hired Leonor to get the house ready for sale. I had used Leonor to stage homes that I had renovated to flip (see May 2017 review) but this was different. This was my house and it was partially furnished.
She got rid of the clutter we had left behind, removed some of our "outdated" furniture and brought in more current furniture, accessories (we had never really used accessories properly) and pictures/art.
When we saw the result we were overwhelmed by the improvement. Best of all, such positive comments from home buyers and agents.
May 2017: I've used Leonor for staging on a previous project. I was so pleased, I asked her to provide design services for the entire remodel as well. I so please with that decision.
Leonor assisted in designing the entire interior of the home including kitchen/bathroom cabinet, tile, paint color, flooring, etc. This work together with your final staging was just tremendous.
