“Items to decorate the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were placed in my brand new house to provide a recommended design. Colors, fabrics, pillows, flowers, pictures and decorative items were perfectly placed in my house. I selected a majority of the items for purchase since I loved the design in each room. Mrs. Ortega was very professional and offered additional recommendations as needed. I was very impressed with her knowledge and style. I have received many compliments from friends and family for her designs and decorations. I would definitely recommend her to stage and decorate other houses. She made my new house feel like a home.”

“My wife and I were having trouble selling our home. We decided to stage our home to attract more potential buyers. SOS designs came highly recommended. Shannon came to my home for our consultation. She walk with me through the house observing all of the rooms. She then walked through the house alone, taking pictures and making mental notes. There is a science to selling a home. There is a science to staging a home. Next, we discussed options for staging the home. Different prices and the extent at which we would stage the home. After deciding how she would stage our home, we scheduled when she would come stage the home and take the pictures to put on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor,...Etc. On the scheduled day of staging, Shannon arrive with all her materials and equipment necessary to make our home exquisite. It took 3 hours to stage our entire home, which I think is great timing. The pictures were uploaded to the various websites the next day. I highly recommend hiring SOS designs for your staging/design needs.”
