“When we moved into our “new to us” house we knew right away that we wanted to do some updates to help make it feel like our home.I knew that we would need help because it was a much a larger space than we had ever done before and we didn’t want to make expensive mistakes. We decided to choose Nicole based on reviews, and she did not disappoint!! Our project began in January and went through June, we began talks with Nicole in September, so we had many months worth of conversations and always felt like she listened to us and respected what we wanted. She never pushed us into anything and never made us feel bad if we changed our minds. She is well connected with industry businesses and makes picking things out like light fixtures and tile so much easier! My husband often made the remark that between the time and resources she saved us by helping us narrow down what we wanted, she pays for herself. She always tried really hard to work with our schedule and was very responsive via email and or phone calls, she often reached out to check in and see how we were liking the progress. We had a few bumps along the way (not because of her) and she was quick and professional about helping us find a resolution and making sure we were truly satisfied. I have never paid for design help before, and frankly always thought “I can’t afford it”. However, I am so thankful that we hired Nicole. She saved us time and energy, she saved us from feeling overwhelmed and stressed, and she helped us take who we are and reflect that in our home. Now that we are at the end of our project we can truly say there is not a thing we picked out that we don’t love, and we thank her for that! Hire her!! :)”
