Bullfrog Spas

Our new Bullfrog spa was installed this week! It is amazing! I purchased it from Southern Spas and Patios in Watkinsville, GA. They were very helpful and did a wonderful installation. I highly recommend the product and the retailer-installer.

We've had our bullfrog spa now for just over 7 months and we absolutely love it! One of the best large purchses we made in our new home.

I purchased my 3 person spa from this BullFrog Dealer and it is wonderful. I suffer from back pain, fibromyalgia and getting older. This is 5 horse power and with the interchangeable jet packs it is so easy to maintain and switch around configurations to insure your needs are met. this dealer was great and helped me every step of the way to understand things I was not aware of in the Hot Tub world.

Have had 2 Hot Spring Spas in the past. My Bullfrog is leaps and bounds superior! The family uses it all of the time. Simply love it.

Be STIL my heart! We love our new Bullfrog STIL spa and have used it daily for the nine months that we have had it. Great aesthetics, but equally great functionality. We love the clean, modern lines and the lack of overly tricked-out gizmos in every corner. Highly recommended!

Just received our spa a week ago, the day before it was delivered, my husband was looking at the receipt and noticed there was a discrepancy on the paperwork and tried to call the office. It was 15 minutes before closing and recording stated they were already closed so he left a message. No phone call as of yet. When the spa was delivered, the cover had a hole in it on the inside and the panel was cracked on the outside. The delivery guys said they would have them send out another one and left. Not one phone call to apologize or notify when we would be getting the new cover or panel or even confirm the situation was taken care of. We ordered the dark brown marble inside, we received a gray swirl with a small amount of tan coloring which is very different from what was ordered. We have made several calls and left messages concerning questions about the chemicals and no phone call back except one from customer service leaving a message stating the cover is on order and no other info. We spent $13,000 on this spa, you would think a little better service would come with it. No info on setup, how to run this thing or anything. When we went in to purchase the spa, they stated how easy everything was and they would help us if needed. Nothing, just a manual that isn't very informative. Good luck! The spas look great but customer service needs to improve greatly.

I bought my first Bullfrog R7 in June '15. In the first 5 months I had one pump fail and a large bubble form in the spa shell. Bullfrog replaced the first spa in the spring/summer of '16. I just noticed last night that the new spa has 4 bubbles in the shell. The entire bottom of the spa has bubbled in, one seat has 2 bubbles and another has one. These "bubbles" are not small fishin flaws. They average between 7-10 in rough diameter and protrude 3-5 inches. They flex when pressed and make the seats uncomfortable to sit on. 2 chances for the same spa....I will be requesting a full refund when I can get in contact with a Bullfrog rep!

Love my bullfrog it is great way to end the evening you will sleep great ! Great hydrotherapy ! And may be use all year long with the great utah weather

Bullfrog hot tubs are the real deal. I just got my R7 and I absolutely love it. The jetpacks are money and I love swapping them. It's funny because when I was buying my tub, I remember thinking that I would never switch around the jetpacks. However, I switch them all the time and I've actually bought extra jetpacks to switch out--I like them that much! Each jetpack targets a different area. The Rainshower, Oscillator, Neck Masseuse (not blaster I've tried that too and don't like it at all. The Masseuse has way more power), the Pulsator, Wellness, and Lumbar are my favorites so far. Again, the Jetpacks are not a marketing gimmick, they are the real deal and give an awesome massage. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new hot tub that's ready to spend a bit of cash.

I finally own a Bullfrog A7L after years of working here and my husband will tell you it is the best massage he has ever gotten. We use it every day. The Oscillator JetPak, the RainShower JetPak and the NeckMasseuse JetPak are our favorites. The spa costs us very little to run so we use it year round at least 4-5 times per week. It has changed our lifestyle and sleep parterns. We love the LED lights set on rotating from color to color, it creates a great light show will we soak in the spa. Our granddaughters use it a lot and just love hanging out in the spa with us.

Spa was purchased through bullfrog spas it was an great experience the new 2013 spas are like no other out there the jet pak system is amazing I would highly recommend a bullfrog spa over any in the industry
