This company recently did a repair on our hot tub and they did a wonderful job and we would highly recommend them for service work or if you are looking to purchase a hot tub since their customer service is wonderful.

I have purchased parts from Legacy Hot Tubs for my Vita Spa Cabaret. I also had to call them out on a service call because my insurance company would not cover damages without it. They are so knowledgable and friendly that I have always been able to troubleshoot the issues with them over the phone and even replace the parts myself. I will not be buying or shopping with anyone else for my Spa needs.

What a great company to deal with. They exceeded my expectations with customer service and gave me the best price without all the games like the local guys. I'm in Tampa and it was worth the 2 hour drive to deal with an honest business.

We purchased a hot tub through them and they delivered it and set it up. They were very knowledgeable, prompt, reliable and provided excellent customer service. Everything went very smoothly and we wholeheartedly recommend them. They even sent someone out to our property before we purchased the hot tub to make sure that the hot tub would fit in the area we were considering.

I contacted Legacy Hot Tubs to assist with a problem with my hot tub. I live out of the normal service area , which is 100 miles south of Sarasota. They talked me thru the steps to isolate the problem as I was willing to do the work. With their instructions I was able to identify the problem component and they ordered the blower motor and had it shipped directly to my residence, which saved me a lot of money. I installed the new blower and the hot tub works as good as it did 12 years ago. Legacy Hot Tubs provided me with excellent information and saved me several hundred dollars in repair costs. This is a great and ethical company to do business with and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in theirs products or services.

Legacy Hot Tubs provided excellent suggestions and professional expertise for a unique project to install our hot tub in a well at ground level in our lanai. They coordinated the project with our general contractor flawlessly and were there to answer every question in getting our tub started and running as the project was completed. I ordered both a Caldera Utopia Geneva spa and a HealthMate sauna from Legacy and am very happy with both. I was able to both see and experience the products in their showroom. The products are great and installation went smoothly with both. The people at Legacy are friendly and professional. Products were expensive but they did discount them and I feel like I received good value. I recommend them to anyone considering spa and/or sauna.

My husband and I recently bought a hot tub from Legacy Hot Tubs. We couldn't be more satisfied. Legacy helped my husband and I to select our very affordable spa. We selected a spa and given a date of delivery. We were informed on warranty, upgrades, maintenance as well as guidance on how to program the spa and use it's WiFi features using our I- phone, I-pad, or I-pod. I understand they are compatible with Android phones as well. We relax sipping on iced tea or wine while the heat and various jet settings soothe aching muscles and arthritic joints. We absolutely love our Spa. Legacy answered our every question and even sent a technician to coach us through the settings. From selection of our spa to assisting us in it's usage, Legacy Hot Tubs, Pools and Saunas met our every need. We did not hesitate to call with questions and we're always treated respectfully.
