After being told by the company we originally purchased our hot tub from that they no longer provide parts or service on the model of the tub we bought from them in 2019, we found ourselves in a desperate situation. We tired calling Mr.Spa based off of great reviews and a neighbour recommendation and we were so pleased we did. After refilling our tub, it would not turn back on and we suspected that it was an electrical short. A technician came out within a couple hours of our call who diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. He communicated with us the whole way through which we really appreciated. “Adam moved my spa from Gatineau to Constance Bay Kanata area. The move went smoothly with no damage. My spa is 22 years old and they re-installed it. This winter we went away and emptied the spa to shout it down. When we re-opened in the spring a few jets were leaking. We called Adam and he sent Shawn to fix. Our 22 year old spa is working again. Adam is very service oriented and you can be sure that he will deliver. Thanks again Adam and Shawn.”
