Cobalt Clean

Extremely disappointed. I had used this company before and the results were great. Todays service was the complete opposite. I paid for a 3 hour cleaning. The cleaner was here for just over 2 hours (9:11-11:38); multiple areas of the house were not cleaned including the indoor windows, bath faucet, laundry room floor, large closet not vacuumed etc. I received 75% of the scheduled time, 50% quality of service, for 100% cost. Being someone who works from home, I don’t have the time to watch what the cleaner is doing. I hire a company because I assume the employees should know how to do their job. The company told me “I did not point out these areas to the cleaner”; I shouldn’t have to point out to clean the inside of the shower specifically if I walk through the house with the cleaner and request the bathroom to be cleaned? Out of the cleaning services I’ve used, this is the last I would recommend to anyone.

I scheduled a move in/move out clean with Cobalt Cleaners. When scheduling online, your time slot isn’t guaranteed until they email you to confirm, so be aware of that. We had no problems getting the time we selected. Cleaners were on time. They have checklists on their website of everything they do for each type of cleaning. The things that the cleaners focused on look great: the bathrooms, showers, and bathtubs look much cleaner. The kitchen including appliances looks great as well. There were a few minor things that either slipped the cleaners’ minds or they ran out of time for, but as soon as we brought it to the company’s attention, they were resolved right away.

Amazing service with genuine and kind people. Locally owned too which makes it great for good customer support. I am definitely going to use for recurring service

Jessica and Ella were wonderful. They did a walk through the house with me to see what I required from them and were friendly, professional and hardworking. My house was lovely and clean, and they made up all of my beds and even put the slipcovers back on my sofas. I am now going to be using Cobalt for a biweekly service. The communication from the "office" team was also excellent.

Communication was key as my apartment in Summerlin needed someone with an eye for detail. Booking was straight forward and the appointment went smoothly, I recommend this service :)

The team that serviced my home did a thorough job and am impressed with their work. I’ve had professional house cleaners in the past, but they took too long and were not as thorough. They cleaned everything and explained the entire process to me. I plan to only use this maid service in the future

The cleaner cleaned the bottom part of the house great. It’s when i got up stairs is where I had issues. I told the cleaner to focus on the bathrooms yes. That does not mean completely neglect everything else. He did not sweep or mop the floors upstairs. Only cleaned the bathrooms. Literally left everything else dirty except the bathrooms. I will nit be using again

Highly recommended to book them for a house clean, already recommended to friends and family. They are super professional and arrived on time, and most importantly got the job done quickly!! 5/5
