“We moved to Wisconsin after a 37 year absence. We decided to reinforce our basement walls and then eventually add an all seasons addition to our living room area. Basten's construction did the work on both endeavors. We could not be more pleased. Work was methodical and they always kept us informed. Our addition of an all reasons room looks like something our of a magazine. They even put in sky lights in the ceiling of the living room so we could get maximum light. Highly recommended.”

“Bob did a fantastic job building my new deck. He worked with me throughout the design and decision process to create a beautiful outdoor space that I love to look at and am proud to share with friends and family. Bob is very attentive and dependable and he is a skilled builder. He has a large supply of expert contacts to assist him when necessary. If there are ever any issues after the job is done, Bob will take care of things and make them right. After he built my deck, I have asked him for his expertise on window repairs as well as other things that come up when one is a homeowner. He has always fixed everything promptly and with great care.”

“Chad designed my house to fit the site, resulting in a structure which appears to have risen from the surrounding prairie. My wish was for a small (by current standards) house of 1700 sf, which I have discovered is still more than I really need, thanks to Chad's ability to design an exquisitely simple floor plan that charms one's senses by continually revealing wonderful views; either of nature or an exceptional architectural element. Feng shui principles used in the design contribute to a feeling of peace and harmony. A pivoting bookshelf in lieu of a door provides privacy in the office when necessary. Pivoting doors in other areas allow the ceiling to flow, uninterrupted by traditional doorway framing. These features typify Cantilever's philosophy of creating beautiful and functional spaces. Cantilever's expertise is also evident in the renovation/remodel projects they have completed.”
