“I called Lou Ramirez Told him I Had a Dead Raccoon in my fireplace the Odor was unbearable. He said he would come in an hour. He was a gentleman of his word. Had another slim young man who was able to go down with him. They work so hard about 2 1/2 hours in the rain. Went down the chimney they removed a large Possum. Cleaned up all his remains sterilized . Lou knows his business did not have to remove my Fire place.He is the one to call if you have a problem with any type of critter. “We called Ivan to visit our construction site for a consultation. We decided on a profile for our cast stone mantel and hearth and within a few days, we had a preliminary drawing and cost. Once the details were ironed out, Ivan came out with his mason and took final measurements for the final drawings.
