“Having my furnace ducts cleaned by Bulldog Home Comfort was a great experience! The experience all started with a friendly and informative introduction of Bulldog Home Comfort-by the receptionist Annette, owner Jason’s wife, ended with a friendly, professional and extremely over the top performance by the owner, Jason and Dave, Jason’s dad, (ensuring not only the job was done in which he promised he would do for his low fee) but also went on to the extra care of tearing down completely the furnace and cleaning it to stop a bit of a noise the furnace made! Also went further to engineer and streamline the airflow by cutting and adding a 3 foot piece of steel to plug a long open space in the side of the furnace. (No extra charge for repairing the furnace, and totally tearing it down and cleaning it. And having the great help of his dad throughout the project and finding out it was a family business I felt blessed I found Bulldog Home Comfort for my Duct Cleaning! Duct cleaning??? Duct cleaning Plus!!! A family business in my book is better than the alternative. (My Mechanic has his whole Family in the business of saving me money when my car needs service and now I have Family run Bulldog Home Comfort for my HVAC service and I am well pleased. “As a small business in Bloomington, Indiana, we were planning to relocate our Headquarters to a 40 acre rural location on the west side of town. After spending a great deal of time and money on site development, architecture and engineering we needed to find a HVAC contractor. Being a green business, we were interested in utilizing many of the present green technologies available for our heating and cooling needs. We met separately with four local HVAC contractors and asked them to present a proposal for our development and to include such systems as geothermal, radiant floor, insulation, as well as other traditional forms of heating and cooling. There are always questions and potential conflicts when dealing with the many construction contractors and HFI was always willing to come out to the site to talk with us and the other sub-contractors to resolve these issues. By far, they were the most responsive sub-contractor on our site. Their installation crew was profession, friendly and willing to explain any of the installation procedures.”
