“Advent Air Conditioning installed a new air conditioner in our home. The installers were very professional and wore booties to protect our floors. They had all the technology to install and test to be sure all worked great before the left. What was amazing is they told us we would save 30%-50% on our electricity bill and during hot, hot Texas summer our bill did drop 50%. Great way to save short term and long term. Their follow up scheduled maintenance care has been great and on time. Would recommend them to all.”

“We purchased our fan for our Event Venue and from initial visit over the phone to the purchase and then the arrival of the fan, things could not have gone better. The fan was exceptional and was exactly what we wanted and what was offered. We had the motor on the fan, have one of the internal parts go bad,(not the companies fault, but a component). It was replaced to us within 3 days and runs fine. Phil, (the bosses) husband, was available for help in a quick and efficient time. He even went the extra mile to fly 250 miles to insure we were happy with our fan. He didn't have to do this, he and this company are complete class. We would give them the highest marks for workmanship, service and worth every dime we spent. They are Numero Uno for fan sales. You won't be disappointed.”

“I wanted solar cells on my roof, and talked to five or six companies. Apex was the only one who pointed out the necessity of addressing the heating and air conditioning system first. Then, supplementing with solar cells. This wholistic approach sold me on Apex! Apex installed everything quickly. They communicated with me very well. Even now, after the system is installed, they still respond well to my questions. Their system is interfaced, and easy to use. I set up three heating/cooling zones. They are easy to control and monitor.”

“Tom's has helped me with my residential and commercial properties for 6+ years. For my personal residence, I loved how I had the same tech for four years (he moved to the commercial side). We built a level of trust, I was comfortable with him in my home, and the fact he worked there so long further cemented my belief I am working with a great company. For my commercial needs, I appreciated the extra level of inspection and thought they put into my projects while helping guide me to better solutions; not necessarily more expensive or cheaper, but more in line with my goals. My favorite two favorite stories: 1) 3 companies said I needed a new heater and system between $4,500-$6,500. Tom's spent three times as long inspecting the system and determined I only needed 3 new double A batteries in my thermostat and a $150 part in my heater. 2) My AC went out in August at 5:30pm on a Saturday. After calling their after hours line I had a call from a tech in 15 minutes offering to be at my house in one hour...ON A SATURDAY NIGHT!! I am sure there are cheaper companies and I know there are more expensive ones. The service and trust level with Tom's makes them the most cost effective provider I know. I have referred Tom's countless times and I have NEVER had someone state anything gratitude for the introduction to this fine company. If nothing else, look at the length of this endorsement I am happy to do out of gratitude for the respect and service they have shown my family.”
