Tech showed up in the appointment window, walked me through the problem and showed me how to make sure it doesn't happen in the future. After completing the repair, he tested the fix to make sure the problem would no longer occur. The price was a little high for the job, but by providing me with additional education about how to prevent issues in the future the value of the service was higher than a simple repair.”
