“They came out quickly & for the most part did a good job at a fair price. The system is making a little noise at times now after they re-did the complete ductwork system. My wife says it sounds like something flapping every now & then. My wife still thinks it gets cold or hot in the bedroom so I had to buy her a space heater. Unfortunately though they did not call us back when we called for annual service last year so we have been waiting for about a year, but are not trying to rush them as I have been laid off for over a year & I know the service on this unit is expensive. They did leave a little trash in the attic, but for the most part we are pleased with their work, especially for our neck of the woods & we they would still be considered a viable choice in the future.”
