“Was assigned Elite Mechanical through my home warranty. It took a couple of tries to get an appointment scheduled (no response to voice mails). “I found this company through my Home Warranty Service Company. I placed a claim. Debnam Maintenance accepted the Claim. However, my Service Company did not authorize the work needed for the job; the parts were still covered by the Manufacturer Warranty. I agreed to allow Debnam's representative to complete the service order. He was professional, considerate, knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. His prices were fair and he gave a detailed estimate of the proposed project. As a Senior Citizen it was important to know the total cost and number of days or hours necessary for repairing the furnance.”
