“Recently my 14 year old central air conditioning system stopped working abruptly. The temps were over 90 degrees outside at the time and the heat was taking it's toll on my elderly mother. I was desperate to get the system fixed. With so may AC companies to choose from, I am so pleased I called Rinaldis ,. From my first phone call to them,and their response to send a technician immediately, (I had explained about my mother ), and during a busy season that can take a while to get someone on the schedule, they made it a priority. The tech was out the next morning, assessing the problem, offered no pressure solutions. I knew I had to make the decision, whether to repair or replace the aging unit But I wanted to think on it and research my options.The technician understood and was kind enough to as a courtesy, to temporarily band aid the unit to get it to run again, while I decided what to do. A few days later, as I listened to the AC strain to keep our home cool, I knew it was time to replace the air conditioner. I chose to invest in a new system, from that moment on, Rinaldis was very efficient , answered all my many questions and were a step ahead of every phase of the installation. The installers were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing and worked diligently through out the process, not even letting the rain stop them. A Rinaldi field inspector came on site overseeing the job, asking me personally, if I had concerns or questions. Then another follow up to finalize and again check the install and fine tune. My system, having new features I had to get used to and some needing adjusting by them, they never hesitated to send someone out immediately to address the issues. There was never any pressure to make a sale, they were honest and up front with their proposals. Always making me feel like I was their priority. They were here when they said they would be, and the office staff were pleasant, regardless of how many time I called. It is very apparent that they make customer service as important as the efficiency of their work. I have a great new system and a team of a great AC company that will be there for me. I couldn't ask for more from a business. I can only say that I would have liked to have seen a referral like this when I was looking for an AC company.”

“I had a company come that was sent by my home warranty because my a/c quit working. The guy they sent told me the part would have to be ordered and they could not fix for at least 6 days when the part came in. It was 90 degrees outside and I care for my elderly family member with COPD and told him we needed it fixed faster. They wanted to put in a new central air system even though my outside unit was only 2 1/2 years old and offered to have it put in by the next day. After he left after I refused new unit I called Comfort Air at 10 p.m. on Sat. Night, Jeff was there within the hour and had the air fixed within 10 minutes. His prices are the most reasonable I have seen and he is not a salesman. He will be honest and fix your unit instead of trying to make more money off of his customers. Would highly recommend this company.”

They gave me the best price and service .A year ago I used this company for service on my aging A/C after the company I had a contract with failed to fix my A/C in a timely matter when we were in the heat of summer. Along came the guys from Comfort Pro.They offered to come out in the dark to fix or give me a temporary A/C until the unit could be fixed or repaired. We opted to fix at the time but this year I again called them not because the unit wasnt working ,but it was time to replace with a more efficient unit. They beat the other offers and I am confident of there service so we went with these guys. They are friendly, on time, competent, and always clean up when they are done. “Wow! What an incredible company. We had to replace our old furnace and ac unit. The professionals that came out to my property were courtesy and very informative. They explained to us the downfall of keeping our old units and believe me, it was very noticeable on our bills. We did have other estimates but they were by far, the best around. So we decided to hire them and they got us scheduled that very weekend. The installation took about 6 hours. The installers were diligent and kept a worker's pace throughout the project. They also laid down some plywood so the furnace would not be off balance and the correct amount of heat would be distributed. Complete satisfaction, me and my family could not be happier. “No matter what is going on with these guys, they make time for me when I call.My husband bought a home for my mother to move into and we had to replace the AC unit. They did a fantastic job. However, the house we live in, had problems with the AC and I phoned to explain the problem. I fully expected to have to wait for a few days. Much to my surprise, I got a call back within a couple of hours, telling me that he could take care of the problem immediately. I was cool, calm and collected within a couple of hours.
