I had received three quotes and his was the best by a decent margin.

* He was very attentive to my requests

* MY A/C HAS NEVER WORKED BETTER!!

“John is a true master and all-around good guy. We were roasting in the 95 degree + heat, certain that our office HVAC was dead. We called John Scarpelli to see what he could do. Not only was he there in 10 minutes (In the dead heat of summer) but found the problem was only the filter and batteries. He fixed the issue and refused to even charge us!
