“Great folks. Experts in the field. Don't sell you a story, scare tactics or any kind of pressure. I chose them over 5 other quotes and we are very pleased. Didn't try to oversell me a unit. Installation was fast and they even allowed me to donate my previous 3 year old furnace (came with the house) to a person who called them asking for help with their old furnace. Will be using them for all of my cooling/heating needs.”

“Our HVAC died in the middle of a brutal heat wave and AJ Michaels Salespeople came promptly, set up the replacement with courtes. They were not pushy at all, and seemed honest. “I was more than pleased with the service I received from I HVAC Solutions. On the hottest day of spring my house was 95 degrees and I couldn’t sleep. I was too busy sweating praying on a breeze to help cool me off. My ac unit was down and I had no clue what the issue was. I hired so called hvac techs from task rabbit and they couldn’t diagnose the issue. They couldn’t figure out why my compressor would not come on when they verified power was going to it. I wasted time with them because of their lack of knowledge and experience. I looked up top rated hvac companies in the area and I HVAC had 5 star rating and enough reviews to make me try them out. I was really impressed with Sam’s knowledge and expertise. He was very professional and the only one who knew what he was doing. He added a hard start kit and told me my compressor is going bad. He also gave me replacement pricing for the system. Everything was up and running thanks to him. I’ll be replacing my system and I’m going with IHVAC. I’m not wasting anymore time with handymen hvac techs. Sam is a master hvac mechanic and hero in my opinion. My wife told me to stop being cheap and hire a real mechanic and that’s what I had to do”

“ESA replaced our fuel oil furnace with a natural gas furnace and replaced the old A/C with a more energy efficient model. They arrived on time, did the job as we had agreed, for the price we agreed and left everything in working order. They came back out for a service call (no charge) because we needed an additional tutorial on how the system humidifier worked once the seasons changed.”

We replaced our oil furnace with a high efficient heat pump. The air cleaners have done an amazing job in removing the smell and dust. No more wheezing and sneezing and no more smelly ducts. “Received an estimate with options for new HVAC system. Although the one I originally wanted was too costly, they did install a decent system that worked. The techs were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The salesperson made a follow up call to ensure my system was working properly. Although some have said I paid too much for the system I bought, I think the company is reputable overall and I am very satisfied with the results.”
