Tim, the owner of General Air was extremely thorough. In fact he was the most thorough even compared to those big companies that always advertise on TV. The entire team is very respectful, considerate, hard working and friendly. It was fun to watch them. Even though there were two main persons working the rest of the company came at different times to help. Tim was able to even take out our bigger unit and replace it with a smaller unit based on the information from the test results. Some of the other companies wanted to install larger units even though they said they would have to figure out how to make it work. In the end General Air replaced our entire air conditioning/heating units and moved it from a closet into our attic....something I wanted. They addressed all of our concerns. The work was completed on time even when their vehicle had broken down and they ended up losing half a day...that's when the whole team helped out. As soon as other employees were done with their jobs they came to our house to finish up. I liked the fact that Tim came by several times and actually did some of the work along side his employees. There were NO subcontractors...thank goodness. We got a top of the line system, all new duct work, had it moved into the attic for just under $20,000. And best of all I finally found a company I can trust.”
