“I hired Wighton's to replace my furnace when they found that my current furnace was not safe to operate. I had lived in my home for almost 5 years before having the unit serviced, and am fairly certain the furnace that I had was the original furnace from when my home was built in 1991. The service technician and installation team that worked with me were excellent throughout the entire process. They worked with me in finding a furnace that was within my budget, and explained to me some improvements they would be making with the installation of the new furnace (replacing my ductwork so that more heat came out through my vents, added a vent to my main bathroom because it did not have one at the time, added a control panel that could be set automatically to turn the heater on from my phone!). They installed the unit while I was at work, and I felt comfortable leaving a key under the mat for them. Very trustworthy staff, no-one I came into contact with gave me that bad feeling you sometimes get from this industry. They also included a free CO2 monitor with my installation, which I think is fairly standard for new furnace installations from this company. Highly recommend!”
