“I first called Sean in January 2019 to make sure my furnace was in good working order and to look at some plumbing issues in the house I had just purchased. He showed up promptly, explained all the details of what was needed in a way I could understand, and gave me a quote for the cost. Since I was new to the northern climate, he showed me how the furnace worked, what the different parts did, and how to keep it clean and how to replace the filter. He did the necessary work for me in a timely manner, fixed the issues satisfactorily, and billed me for the amount quoted. Since then I've had him return and do some other jobs including adding an HVAC register in my basement, replacing my failing water heater, and inspecting the central A/C system before the summer season. I would not hesitate to call him again with any HVAC or plumbing work I need.”
