“In 2010 I bought a 7 year old house with its original air conditioning. One of my priorities on the list of things was not want to have a problem with the air conditioning. After hiring an inspector to check out the property and his advice of cleaning the ducts as well as just a general AC spring update, which should be enough to have the AC cooling. The next days I had Sea Coast coming to the property just to find out that not only the outside unit needs replacement, but also the whole AC. The Sea Coast employee not only explained very well the whole situation and gave me options, but showed me actually what was wrong and what possibilities I would have. I have been treated as an equal and not talked down to or with any condescension, which I had experienced many times before with contractors. They explained what I could do to have it fixed and also looked at the prices as well as options for energy savings etc., looking at it with honesty and from the point of view of a homeowner. At the end I did get a whole new Air Conditioning system installed and the old one removed, with a discount savings from FPL as well as a lifetime warranty the very next day. Yes, you are reading this correctly. By the end of the afternoon they were done, the AC was running like it should. Sea Coast took care of needed permits as well. What I also appreciate about Sea Coast is, that they always have been on time and even verifying on the same day, making sure I am home, so everything runs smoothly. As a woman I am a bit apprehensive about men coming to the house, but in the last 4 years I had never to worry about anything. Not only have they always been very courteous, but also taking care of their and my surroundings. Extraordinary customer service for Sea Coast is what I have been receiving. Twice in the last four years I encountered a problem with the AC, and both times, it was taken care of right away, which is more than one can ask for, given it was on a weekend in the evening after 7 PM. How wonderful! Nothing worse, than to have to wait the whole weekend, cooking at 82 Degrees in ones own house (minding, it was not hurricane season), but I never had or will have to worry about that with Sea Coast Air conditioning. If there is a company I would recommend for Air Conditioning, than that is Sea Coast for sure. I am very glad this company was recommended to me, when I was looking for one! (By the way this was not Angie's List, but by word of mouth! :))”

“These guys are the best. They found a problem that 2 other A/C shops couldn't find. Damion is great. I wanted to modify my A/C system and instead of doing what I wanted and taking my $$$, he explained why what I wanted to do would damage my house. He did give me a price and say if I really wanted him to do he would, but recommended against it. He put my needs above making money. The office ppl are nice and very understanding. They gave me the best price and service .A year ago I used this company for service on my aging A/C after the company I had a contract with failed to fix my A/C in a timely matter when we were in the heat of summer. Along came the guys from Comfort Pro.They offered to come out in the dark to fix or give me a temporary A/C until the unit could be fixed or repaired. We opted to fix at the time but this year I again called them not because the unit wasnt working ,but it was time to replace with a more efficient unit. “I had a company come that was sent by my home warranty because my a/c quit working. The guy they sent told me the part would have to be ordered and they could not fix for at least 6 days when the part came in. It was 90 degrees outside and I care for my elderly family member with COPD and told him we needed it fixed faster. They wanted to put in a new central air system even though my outside unit was only 2 1/2 years old and offered to have it put in by the next day. After he left after I refused new unit I called Comfort Air at 10 p.m. on Sat. Night, Jeff was there within the hour and had the air fixed within 10 minutes. His prices are the most reasonable I have seen and he is not a salesman. He will be honest and fix your unit instead of trying to make more money off of his customers. “When my ac stopped working my house heated up quick! I gave them a call and they sent someone right away. The man they sent was polite and professional. He got my ac up and running right away. He didn't try to pressure me into buying expensive parts. He gave me good advice on taking care of my system. And later when I tried to install the thermostat by myself to save a couple bucks lol. I did something wrong and my ac was blowing hot air. Panicked, I called the same company. I was thinking oh no I'm gonna have to pay another guy to come out and fix this. When I called I was expecting to have to make another appointment, but the man on the phone was kind and just walked me through over the phone how to program my thermostat. He was so kind and patient. It really is nice when you need help and a company will actually try to help you and not just try to rip you off.”

“Wow! What an incredible company. We had to replace our old furnace and ac unit. The professionals that came out to my property were courtesy and very informative. They explained to us the downfall of keeping our old units and believe me, it was very noticeable on our bills. We did have other estimates but they were by far, the best around. So we decided to hire them and they got us scheduled that very weekend. The installation took about 6 hours. The installers were diligent and kept a worker's pace throughout the project. They also laid down some plywood so the furnace would not be off balance and the correct amount of heat would be distributed. Complete satisfaction, me and my family could not be happier.
