Initially had them do both my children's closets in 2011 so could get rid of their dressers to make more space in their bedrooms. Worked beautifully…they optimized their closet space for hanging clothes, storage, drawers and sliding baskets…now even my son keeps his things neater and when he doesn't…he can close the closet door…voila! The installers were courteous and "all business". They used cloth covers on floors to lay out their wood/tools and worked very neatly. I found this very professional. Had them back in 2012 to do MY master closet and also my walk-in kitchen pantry. Even better. First of all…made me clean both areas out which was sorely needed and really think how I truly used each space…she (Joanie, the owner) asked a lot of questions and made suggestions based on my answers…it's obvious they know their stuff! They will not sell to sell…which I appreciated….not automatically pushing the most expensive options. I can now find everything in my pantry and don't overbuy at grocery store, my cookbooks are easy to get to, my spices and small appliances are readily available. Love it! My master closet is a dream…I don't just dump stuff on the floor and slam the door anymore. Everything has a place…including seasonal items and luggage. Packing/unpacking for trips is where I really have noticed the difference…so much easier and streamlined. When we built our house, we paid extra for extensive wire shelving in all our high ceiling closets thinking we would be just fine. I wish I had put that money towards this from the start! My next project is my 6' x 13' storage space I use as my "attic storage" for decorations/bins/ wine storage/ crafts….etc. It is under a/c and I have grand plans for it now that I know what they can do….I'm like a drug attic for Org-it-All!”
