“I had one of the torsion springs for my garage door broke with both vehicles trapped inside the garage. Of course, this happened at 8pm. I went ahead and called that evening. I spoke to a live person and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I also asked the company to please try to come out as early as possible. I received a call at 7:30am stating that the technician was on the way. He arrived by 8 and immediately got to work. He lifted the door to allow my husband to get to work on time and proceeded to examine the situation. He came in and explained everything to me. Once I gave him the go-ahead, he worked quickly and efficiently, but also thoroughly. To my surprise, the technician was done before 9am! I was very pleased with the service from start to finish.
