I have used her services for a number of decorating jobs in past years and the most recent one being a guest bath addition and master bath remodel, along with a master closet redesign in September 2015. I could not have done any of it without her expertise and guidance through out it all. Kris was extremely receptive to our needs and concerns.     “After being in our home for a few years we decided to change the look of certain areas. Because of all the positive reviews that we read about Sarah Rice Maldonado, I decided to contact her. After consulting with her it was evident that the reviews were correct. Sarah developed a new design for us. The design used the layout of the rooms more efficiently. She recommended I purchase a few new items that made the area flow better and look larger. Sarah has a very positive attitude and was very easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and has a very keen eye for design. As a result of her hard work and expertise Sarah made our home more warm and inviting. I loved everything she designed. The touch of colors and the flower arrangement are beautiful!!! I will definitely recommend her to friends and family. Sarah thank you for your dedication and determination to make our home perfect.”

    “We could not be happier with the work Ariel has done in our home. She has excellent taste, a compelling vision, and yet still open to dialogue and feedback. We trusted her with one of the most important rooms in our home - our baby room - and, we were beyond excited about the final product. Once the baby room project was underway, we were hooked. At this point, Ariel has designed 3 rooms of our home and we're on track for her to eventually touch every corner of every room. Ariel is very responsive, professional, and a joy to work with - our only regret is that we only have one home for her to design! We highly recommend Ariel to everyone we meet (even strangers)!”

    “I worked with Karolina using her services twice for big renovation projects. She transformed 2 apartments in very poor condition to cute places to rent - they were my 2 investments properties. Everything was designed with a limited budget and came out fantastic. She and her team took care of the project from A to Z from conceptualization, realization, material and furnishing selection to property rental. European spaces are limited and to contain everything within a small surface is a skill. If you need a perfect floor plan they are certainly the best. My goal was to add value to the apartment, rent it for several years and eventually sell it. Excellent service if you want to add value to rental properties and any property, they can do magic with limited budgets. Space optimization is their strongest point”

    “Sharon did a complete remodel on our Activity Center last year and we still get compliments almost daily. Any new resident who comes through our doors are completely impressed with the beauty of our center. Sharon is personable and so talented. She gave me choices which she recommended which allowed me to be a part of the design element. As we were on a strict budget, she even shopped resale shops for some of our furnishings and repurposed older furniture to make it look like new! Several people who have been to our center have hired her after seeing our building. We are located at 105 Cross Creek in Lakeway (8-5 M-f) if you want to check it out for yourself.”
