“My wife and I moved to the Boise-Meridian, ID area in 2013, but did not complete our new home and move in until December, 2014. We had brought only some furniture with us, so had to furnish a number of rooms from scratch, including the living room, kitchen counter, master bedroom, and two guest bedrooms. We also needed window coverings for six rooms: living room, dining room, master bedroom, media room, and two guest bedrooms. Our personal preference in home furnishings is traditional-comfortable, featuring rich colors and distinctive pieces. Not finding anything we liked, either in style or quality, at most furniture stores, we visited Ethan Allen's store in Boise and had the good fortune to be introduced to Ms. Atwood. We have been extremely pleased with everything she has done. There are two areas of Ms. Atwood's professional skills that should be highlighted: her consultation in developing a furnishing plan for each room, identifying colors, fabrics, and pieces for our consideration; her attention to detail. To be able to live in our new house at move-in, Ms. Atwood had to help us furnish our living room and our master bedroom. She developed wonderful plans, modifying them to incorporate pieces we wished to add. Subsequently, she helped us develop furnishing plans for the two guest bedrooms which we have partially completed. Ms. Atwood brings impeccable taste, creative ideas, and a gentle demeanor that made us comfortable, never feeling that she had anything but our best interests in mind. Ms. Atwood demonstrated an impressive level of attention to detail in helping us select window coverings for six rooms. One room had small windows and was relatively easy. For the other five, we chose Hunter Douglas Luminette vertical blinds. This was the first time Ms. Atwood had worked with this product and she went to extraordinary lengths getting the measurements exactly right. One window presented a challenge because a custom built-in bookcase crowded the space where the blinds were to be mounted. Ms. Atwood resolved this issue nicely. We are extremely pleased with our window treatments and have received many complements on how they look and add to the charm of the rooms where they are hung. In summary, we cannot recommend Ms. Atwood too highly. Her work is excellent, her client relations are charming, and she brings a high level of professionalism and excellent taste to her work, whether a major project or a single piece.”

“Angie is AHHMAZING!! She quickly assessed my style and went to work. Many time she nailed the selection on the first try. There were times that it was so easy I thought I wasn't being "picky" enough, but it was easy because she is so good at what she does. Angie is creative, flexible, a fantastic listener and spends time educating throughout the process. She helped me and my husband with all our new home interior selections (tile, granite, lighting, cabinetry, flooring, etc.) and then with the furniture, fabric, bedding, decor and furniture placement. This has been an incredible experience and I am so grateful and blessed to have had this experience with Angie. We have a new friend in our new town.”
