“We have worked with Penelope Daborn Ltd. on several occasions. We are always pleased with the results. Penny has helped in choosing colors, fabrics and drapes. We recently built a new porch and we had seen a sofa we liked in a magazine. Penny helped to design the piece to be built. In addition she helped with the spatial arrangement of the room, the selection of fabric and window coverings and additional furnishings. We originally worked with Penelope Daborn Ltd. 7 years ago when we moved to a new house. We always come back for her expert eye, wealth of knowledge and the top notch coordination in making the arrangements for acquiring what we need.”

Gail Gross, the owner and proprietor, creates a focused environment by discussiion and interpretation of the client's perceptions and desires. Gail is particularly good at matching desires with deliverables. She has a unique way of probing and interpreting the client's goals and aspirations and interpreting them into expected deliverables. Experience in lighting design, fabrics, as well as an educator in interior design. Receptive to client input and also provides pointed feedback. Easy to work with, and professional business acumen. She has been instrumental in helping to develop a plan for encompassing my wishes in the overall remodel of my Center City condominium. She facilitates a customer focused implementation plan which could be immediate, or accomplished over time. Gail will not disappoint.”

“This text box isn't long enough for me to convey how amazing Lauren Milligan Design is! She recently helped us with a pretty large renovation: the entire first floor (kitchen, lounge, dining, mudroom, office, powder room, living room). Lauren was able to interpret my child-like descriptions of what I envisioned and turned it into our dream renovation- on time and within our budget! She was patient and understanding when I went round and round about counter tops; she helped me refocus on the design and stopped me from over-thinking it! Lauren was meticulous with our budget and was able to negotiate where to save and where to spend. We couldn't be happier with our project. Everyone who sees our renovation listens to me sing her praises! I can't recommend Lauren Milligan Design more highly!”

“Best we have worked with, hands down! After a bad experience with a different designer 16 years ago, we were reluctant to seek these services again. Wanting to completely redo our kitchen and family room, we reached out to Sheri a little nervous but open to (and desperately needing) new ideas. Sheri did not disappoint. In fact, she transformed our living space, and met the needs and every desire of a large and bustling family with eclectic tastes by creating a space that is beautiful, warm, inviting and stayed within our budget. Sheri brought us great ideas, did not take offense at all if we didn't like something, sought out sales and great pricing from vendors, managed the delivery process, facilitated the ordering process....I can't say enough good things about her. And as we continue to move through our house, redecorating and renovating, we will bring Sheri along every step of the way. Highly recommended!”
