“We met with and hired Katy Bell after losing our builder in middle of our more than $500k remodel project. She immediately came to us with a vision and solution to our specific roadblocks including tying our exterior colors/style together and finding the right subcontractors to get the job done at a very reasonable price. She has listened to our requests respectively (even when she doesn't agree with them). She has inspired us with ideas that we never considered before and made us excited about our project again. More importantly, she has found ways to compromise on plans when my husband and I have not been able to agree on a direction. We do not know what we would do without Katy Bell and can't wait to hear what ideas she comes up with next. She has been the best investment we've made on our project!”

“I met Brad years ago on a project in the downtown area of Nashville. I was immediately impressed with his creative ability and the process by which he began to collect background information on my skills and abilities, the working profile he began to develop on me. Which each successive project on which we worked together, those very same skills I first noticed in him were growing ever more apparent and I began to develop an even greater respect for his ability to not only put together a layout or design and research products for said projects, but also how he is able to take what he has learned about an individual's tastes and the way they think and create a space that compliments both aspects. Brad is the real deal, and it is a pleasure to work with him.
