“I own 3 condos on Sanibel and formerly owned one on Captiva. Debra has worked on all of these condos. I have entrusted her to do the shopping, choose decor, oversee remodeling projects including kitchen, baths, and flooring. She is super. She even stayed over and hooked up electronics, arranged kitchen, and made sure everything was ready on time. I would definitely recommend.”

“As new, part time residents in Sarasota, my husband and I needed assistance with not only the redecorating of our unit, but also with sourcing reliable vendors for the project(s). Marcia of Rede4Change provided invaluable guidance for our different projects and more importantly, as an Owner’s representative, oversaw every aspect of the installations, which is important to us when we cannot always be there ourselves. Rede4Change coordinated all of the details of our remodel, including bringing us samples of different products (saving us from running all over town), overseeing the installers as work was being done, as well as going shopping with me. What a relief to know that we had a trusted partner in a town where we did not know anyone. We highly recommend Rede4Change, whether it is for a one room remodel or a whole house do over. ”
